• Safety Steward: Intermediate (10+2) + 6-month Basic HSE Training.
• Safety Attendant: High School + Confined Space Sentry Certificate.
⚙️ Engineering & Administration
• Civil Engineer / Superv.: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil + Plant layout exp.
• Electrical Engineer / Superv.: B.Tech / Diploma Electrical + Supervisor License.
• Operations & HR Manager: MBA / PGDM in HR or Graduate + 5y plant exp.
• Computer Operator (MIS): DCA / BCA / O-Level + 35+ WPM typing & Excel.
⚡ Skilled Trades & Workforce
• Rigger: Certified Rigger Level 1, 2, or 3 / Heavy lifting experience.
• Fitter (Pipe / Struct): ITI Fitter trade certificate + 3+ yrs fabrication exp.
• Welder (TIG / MIG / 6G): ITI Welder + 6G / 3G Welder Qualification Card.
• Gas Cutter & Grinder: 2+ yrs industrial steel cutting & grinding exp.
• Industrial Helper: Physically fit, age 18-45, basic plant safety awareness.
